Macarena Naranjo Opazo was promoted to director of the Regulatory area of Jara Del Favero (JDF) Abogados, in recognition of her outstanding career and professionalism in the areas of corporate law, regulated markets and free competition.
Her beginnings began at the Superintendence of Education, where she specialized in administrative sanctioning law and interpretation of sectorial regulation. After completing her postgraduate studies at Columbia University (New York) in the United States as a Fulbright scholar, she focused her practice on antitrust law.
At JDF, Macarena has advised domestic and foreign clients in various areas of the industry, representing their interests before various public agencies, with special emphasis on administrative, regulatory, sanctioning and compliance law.
