Nicolás Donoso

His practice focuses on tax reorganization and structuring, tax advice related to individuals or legal entities, both locally and internationally, as well as project financing and advice on mergers, purchase and sales of companies.

He was an assistant professor of Constitutional Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, researcher at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and participated in a research project on different ownership regimes in OECD countries and in another FONDECYT project on indirect fraud in Chile.
