Incumplimientos en materia de residuos industriales líquidos: La SMA notificó con fecha 21 de noviembre de 2023, la Resolución Exenta N°1930 de 20 de noviembre de 2023, a través de la cual resuelve el procedimiento administrativo sancionatorio (Rol F-030-2018) seguido en contra de Enap Refinerías S.A., sancionándola con 885 UTA por incumplimientos a las obligaciones establecidas en su RCA, en materia de tratamiento de RILes, y a la norma de emisión para la regulación de contaminantes asociados a las descargas de residuos líquidos a aguas marinas y continentales superficiales.
