Diego Miranda

He advises domestic and foreign clients in matters related to capital markets, investment funds, FinTech, venture capital, sustainability (ESG), financing, banking law, corporate law, M&A and compliance.

Previously, he was an assistant professor of Commercial Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.

He was winner of the Probono Foundation's Pro Bono Challenge (2014) and received an honorable mention in the Economics Competition "Tesis en Social" of the Ministry of Economy (2017).
